The Commodore Amiga market and scene is an extremely difficult place to do business. Since the beginning with the introduction of Commodore home computers, manufacturers of all kind, all over the world have been victim of software and hardware piracy and or other serious crimes. Later with the introduction of Internet in the early 1990ies the Amiga platform and their commercial contributors have been since decades victims of never ending flamewars, defamation and smear campaigns, insultings, extortions and other illegal and serious criminal offences to damage all these hard working companies in public news groups. This has not changed since then and still continues even worse as we have experienced ourselves over the last 2 years. This is the reason why old phase 5 unfortunately went into demise after years of attacks but lack of legal action and intervention for the same false fear like all other Amiga companies too, they would lose even more customers inside this small niche market. At the end old phase 5 lost all together with their professional internal and external employees who lost their long time employment and could no longer feed their families. Sadly but true this is happening again and we are not going to make the same mistakes to remain silent.
LAWSUITS FILED AT COURT
The time has come to fight against crimes and law breakers. Today we have a variety of legal possibilities to obtain peace and freedom to work like every other company too. What is a discussion, what is a crime, what is a civil issue and more law regarding issues that happened with severe viciousness, will be evaluated and decided by authorities, lawyers, courts and judges. Here you will find all cases reported and or filed to authorities, institutions and or courts that caused damages to phase 5 and we are fighting to seek compensation for these illegal acts. Those who think that with their anonymous, falsified nick names and profiles will be protected by DSGVO or GDPR law to continue their despicable acts with cybercrime should expect that in case of legal procedures, the prosecution of rights and claims have different exceptions ruled inside this law and we will use them to the fullest extent permitted by law to inform the public, as these damages have been caused in public. This all will be now the subject of final rulings in courts and we are going to ask the courts for obligation to publish the final sentences to expose these people once and for all, despite what we are going to publish regularly under the terms of law. Punishment is justice for the unjust.
